His commitment to holistic health led him to run strength and balance classes in retirement villages, enhancing seniors' quality of life and independence. Recognising a gap in the online personal training space, Allen saw the need for a true holistic approach and decided to fill it, bringing his comprehensive expertise in occupational therapy, personal training, and group fitness instructing to a broader audience.
